Grad Camp Counselor Team!

The Grad Camp Counselor application is now closed.

Grad Camp 2022 is right around the corner! This is an amazing experience to be a part of incoming graduate and professional students’ first days here in College Station. Grad Camp is a one-day long session where incoming students are able to learn about the resources and unique culture, as well as meet some new people.

As a member of the Grad Camp Team, you are responsible creating a welcoming environment for incoming students through small groups, campus tours, and more at Texas A&M University. Grad Camp will consist of 1 virtual session (August 13) and 2 in person sessions (August 17 & August 20)!

Our Grad Camp Director and leadership team are looking for folks to become counselors for these sessions! The team is looking for individuals who are well-organized, enthusiastic, and committed to welcoming and introducing incoming students to the resources and unique culture of Texas A&M University. Preferably, we are looking for folks who have been at Texas A&M for more than one semester. All counselors will be trained to:

1. Run Small Group Discussions, Icebreakers, and Other Networking Activities
2. Facilitate Campus Tours for Camp groups
3. Connect New Students with Campus Resources and Traditions at A&M
